Still, when I found friction and complexity in the software I used, I simplified and reorganized – which led me to Todoist as a replacement for Reminders. The most important changes that I made (and that I’m still making and considering) involved discipline and accepting that I have to say “no” sometimes, because, ironically, too much often leads to less quality.
